We ship via UPS, FedEx Home Delivery, or US mail, whichever is most cost effective. For most Ready to Ship orders, your package should arrive within 4 to 6 days from the date of order. For most Made to Order items, your package should arrive in two to five weeks from the date of your order. We try to keep this information up to date in the information for each listing. If you need it sooner for any reason please message us at romyandclare@gmail.com and we will do our best to get it to you by the requested date.

Care instructions

Our pottery serving pieces are dishwasher safe (for best results use energy saving cycle) and microwave safe on low setting. They are NOT for use in the oven. All pottery serving pieces are non-toxic, lead free, and food safe.

Christmas Holiday Shipping Info

During the winter holidays, please place your order by December 10th (for orders in the US) to receive your items before Christmas. Some items may still be available after this date, message us for availability.

For Made to Order or Custom Items, please order by Nov 1st to be sure to receive your artwork for the Christmas holiday. For Made to Order artwork orders placed after Nov 1st, please message us for approximate ship dates.

Packaging

We double box all pottery and wall art orders.

Refunds and Exchanges

For damaged items...
Due to our packaging method it is unlikely that an item will break in transit, however we will happily exchange anything that breaks in shipping. Let us know within 7 days. We will file a claim with the shipping carrier. Please keep all original packaging and damaged item until further notice.

For other returns...
Please contact us upon receipt and before making a return. You may return it in its original condition and packaging within 14 days of receipt for a full refund of the item cost. Shipping and insurance costs are to be paid by the customer.

Please understand that due to the hand painted / handcrafted nature of our work, no two items are ever exactly alike. Each piece is made to order per customer.

Customs and Import Taxes

We ship our items from our Jasper, Indiana, USA studio. Please note that your country may levy a duty upon receipt of your item. As the recipient, you are liable to pay for all import duty charges and, if applicable, customs charges.
