In this world of mass production we offer a rare product that is individually handcrafted and signed by us, the artists, Romy and Clare. Any slight imperfections are part of this process and give each piece its individual and unique one-of-a-kind quality. No two pieces are exactly alike.

Romy and Clare pottery pieces are hand-crafted functional pieces of art and should be treated with care.
Our pottery pieces are dishwasher safe (for best results use energy saving cycle) and microwave safe on low setting. They are NOT for use in the oven. All pottery pieces are non-toxic and food safe.

We use non toxic paint, factory fabric remanants, recycled textiles and papers with embellishments made of handcrafted clay buttons, beads, found objects and vintage enameled pieces.

Our jewelry pieces are hand-crafted pieces of artwork and should be treated with care. Depending on the item you have selected, our materials include: handcrafted and glazed clay tiles, semi-precious and precious stones, beads, silver findings, leather and vintage enameled pieces.

Payment
We accept payments through Pay Pal.
Shipping
We double box all orders and ship via UPS or US mail, whichever is most cost effective. Your package should arrive within one to three weeks from the date of your order.

We reuse packaging to reduce impact on our environment.
If you live in the JASPER area and would like to pick up your order, please email romyandclare@gmail.com or call (tollfree 1-866-785-0213) us to make arrangements BEFORE placing your order. If you contact us in advance, we can remove any shipping charges as long as you pick up your item from our studio.
Refunds and Exchanges
Due to our packaging method it is unlikely that an item will break in transit, however we will happily exchange anything that breaks in shipping. Let us know within 7 days. Please understand that due to the hand painted / handcrafted nature of our work, no two items are ever exactly alike.
